Catering Information

The Solanus Casey Center requires one week notification for any and all
event cancellations, so that we may be able to engage our facility and
cancel our off site catering service. If you are unable to comply with
these guidelines, we will assess for food and services. We thank you for
your kindness.

Please note-- as of January 1, 2008 the price of ALL meals will go up to
$12.00 per person to cover the increasing costs of food.

2) Soup of the day, Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad -OR- Traverse City Salad,
rolls and dessert

3) Fish and Chips. Cole Slaw. Rolls. Dessert

4) Boneless Pork chops. Mashed Potatoes. Vegetables, Dessert
$12.00 per person

5) Roast Turkey. Mashed Potatoes with gravy -OR- Stuffing. Vegetable. Dessert
$12.00 per person

6) Spaghetti Dinner. Salad. Rolls. Dessert
$12.00 per person

7) Roast Beef. Mashed Potatoes. Corn. Rolls. Dessert
$12.00 per person

8) Baked Chicken. Redskin Potatoes. Green Beans. Rolls. Dessert
$12.00 per person

9) Ham. Scalloped Potatoes. Vegetable. Rolls. Dessert
$12.00 per person

10) Lasagna (specify meat -or- vegetable). Salad. Rolls and butter. Dessert.
$12.00 per person

11) Lentils with onions and rice (Mjudrah), served with yogart, tomatores and
cucumbers. And Fried Fish.
$12.00 per person (without the Fried Fish, subtract $2.00 per person)

Please make your meal selections at least two weeks in advance. We appreciate a single payment for the meal. Make checks payable to: SOLANUS CASEY CENTER.

Facility Rental

The Solanus Center facilities are available for rental for those functions
that are spiritual in nature.

The Solanus Center's conference room can comfortably accommodate 15-18
people. The fees for usage are $100.00 for a half day and $150.00 for a
whole day. Complimentary coffee and tea are included.

The Solanus Center's dining room can comfortably accommodate 130 people. The Auditorium can accomodate 90 people. The fee for the dining room and auditorium is $300.00

These fees help us to sustain ourselves.
